Wanrui small lecture hall: installation method of metal corrugated compensator. Metal corrugated compensator can compensate axial, transverse and angular directions. It has no thrust, simplified support design, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, noise elimination and vibration reduction, especially suitable for hot air pipeline and smoke pipeline.
Installation method and precautions of metal corrugated expansion joint:
1. Before installation, the model and specification of corrugated stainless steel corrugated compensator and the configuration of pipeline and support must meet the design requirements.
2. For the compensator with deflector, pay attention to make the direction of deflector consistent with the flow direction of medium (install according to the flow direction sign of compensator). The hinge rotation plane of the plane angular compensator shall be consistent with the displacement plane.
3. For the compensator requiring cold tightening, the auxiliary components with pre deformation effect shall be removed after the pre deformation of stainless steel corrugated compensator.
4. After the pipe system is installed, the auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation protection on the compensator shall be removed immediately, and the limit device shall be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements. The pipe system can be fully compensated under environmental conditions.
5. It should be noted that the compensator does not absorb torque, so the compensator is not allowed to be twisted when installing the stainless steel corrugated compensator.
6. In addition to the deformation of pre tension or "cold tightening" required by the design, it is forbidden to use the deformation method of bellows to adjust the deviation of installation pipeline, so as not to affect the normal function of compensator, otherwise it will reduce its service life and increase the load of pipe system, equipment and supporting components.
7. The neutral of the pipeline is better. If there is no other way to ensure it, the method of cutting off the equal length pipeline after the auxiliary installation of the straight pipe and then installing the compensator can be used to ensure it.
8. The insulation layer shall be made on the outer protective sleeve of the compensator and shall not be directly made on the bellows. Insulation materials containing chlorine shall not be used.
9. During installation, welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of the bellows, causing other mechanical damage to the bellows.
10. The support must meet the design requirements Conduct pressure test in the pipeline before the support is installed to avoid damaging the compensator.
11. All moving elements of stainless steel corrugated compensator shall not be caught by external components or restrict the normal action of its moving parts.
